Federal Aviation Administration Building North East Headquarters, Jamaica, New York.

The facility contains 240,000 rentable square feet on five levels. The architectural design of the building was generated by the flexibility needed for both large and small departments. The 40,000 square foot floor plate with a center core is ideal for efficient office layout.

This structure was designed to withstand blast zone loading and is a high security building.  The building envelope complies with the Federal Government's bomb blast security requirements and still provides large windows and maintains a five foot office planning module The structure is cast in place concrete and the fašade is brick with precast.

The structure received a Concrete Industry Board award.
